A secluding campground, well away from the highways.
It has a charming little creek
running through the thick forest. Wetlands along the
upper reaches of Lake Almanor are nearby, and there are
often interesting birds including White Pelicans there.
The campground is operated by
PG&E as part of their license to produce hydroelectric power
along the North Fork of the Feather River.
