A short and excellent hike to the major tourist attraction
of Boiling Springs Lake. There are few like it in the
United States outside of Yellowstone.
For good measure there is a fun
bridge over Hot Springs Creek (cold, actually). And
the trailside Drakesbad Hot Spring.
Also well worth your effort
is a brief side trip to much prettier, although less
exciting, Dream Lake. |
